Community members gathered in Paraburdoo during NAIDOC Week to celebrate the 9th anniversary of the Yinhawangka Native Title Determination at a special Sundowner.
Hosted by Aunty Pam Condon, the afternoon began with a moving Welcome to Country video by respected Elder Roma Jean Butcher, followed by an address from Shire of Ashburton President Audra Smith.
Guests enjoyed live performances by Peter Brandy and the Trax Band, shared food and conversation, and reflected on the strength of Yinhawangka culture, Country and community.
