YAC Annual General Meeting

Governance

Strong governance. Clear responsibility.

YAC's governance structures support representation, accountability, informed decision-making and the Corporation's responsibilities to Yinhawangka People.

Good governance at YAC

Clear structures help support fair, informed and accountable decisions.

Good governance is about more than meetings and formal processes. It means having clear roles, responsibilities and decision-making structures that support cultural integrity, fair representation and accountability.

YAC's Board is supported by committees, organisational processes, reporting and Member participation. Together, these structures help bring cultural, community and operational knowledge into decision-making.
