Come and join us for the 2025 Yinhawangka Aboriginal Corporation RNTBC (YAC) annual general meeting (AGM):

  • Wednesday 19 November

  • Wanangkura Stadium South Hedland & online via Lumi platform

  • Registration: 8am – 10.30am

  • AGM start time: 10.30am

At the meeting, as well as reporting on the usual financial statements, the Auditor (Armada Auditing) will attend in person to present his findings for the year. There will also be the usual corporation reports, reporting on related party transactions during the year, auditor appointment and election of directors and CHLC members.

Important deadlines and information:

  • Proxy forms are due in by 10.30am on Monday 17 November 2025
  • Director nomination forms are due in by 4pm Monday 10 November 2025
  • CHLC nomination forms are due in by 4pm, Monday 10 November 2025

Confirm any dietary requirements with YAC by Monday 17 November 2025

Online attendance
For those attending online via Lumi, log-in details will be sent to members by Friday, 7 November 2025. These will be sent via SMS or email. Please test your log-in details by Friday, 14 November 2025.
